Offer adjuvant trastuzumab (with or without pertuzumab) for patients with at least T1c, HER2-positive breast cancer (given at 3-week intervals for 1 year) in combination with surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy as appropriate.

This recommendation was adapted from the NICE 2018 guidelines (UK). The source recommendation was based on a systematic review of the evidence conducted to September 2017 and used wording (‘Offer’) indicative of a strong recommendation (using GRADE methods) by the source guideline authors.
